Are you “Ideal” or “Real” woman?????

Most of the women I come across at work (my clients) show a kind of helplessness.  A helplessness over changing their lifestyle, their eating habits , their body weight, their appearance and even over their hormonal changes. When I ask my female (married) clients about their lifestyle and diet routine, I realise that 90 % of their schedule revolves around their husband’s and children’s schedule.When asked to keep a fix workout as well as  meal timing, these women plead helplessness, but when it comes to the health, fitness and well-being of the men or children in the family, the women will change everything, taking from meal timings to cooking style to workouts and bedtime.

I strongly feel that we allow our health, our ambitions and our dreams to take a backseat as we transform from being daddy’s “little girl” to a married woman, to a mother, mother-in-law, grandmother because we take the set role at every stage of life (that society has set for us) much more seriously than ourselves. We fail to realize that if we are not going to be healthy and strong today, we will not be able to enjoy tomorrow.

An “ideal” women spends her life for family, husband, in-laws, children and their health, fitness, food choices, well-being etc and in return invites upon herself problems like PCOD, Hypothyroid, BP, Diabetes,Indigestion and weight gain to name a few. Not just this but, forgets her own existence.

A “Real” women knows her own “worth” and understand that to keep the home and hearth in balance, she needs to first be fit (both emotionally and physically) . She knows not to get drained out by the daily (never-ending) needs of the kids and the family.

Now, yes to be fit and to be in great shape you will have to eat right, at the right timings and listen to your body’s signals. Whenever there is an imbalance, our body always tells us about it through different ways but we are so ignorant to ourselves that we hardly catch it on time and show the love,care and respect it deserves. Learn to “LOVE” and” RESPECT” yourself first, than will you be able to “TRULY” love and respect others around you.

Whenever you pass by a mirror look into your eyes and say the following affirmation:

“I AM HAPPY, HEALTHY AND BEAUTIFUL EXPRESSION OF MY INNER SELF.”

So all my beautiful ladies, go out there and get professional help if required but do take control of your well-being.

Make your choice today. You want to be a “real” or an “Ideal” woman?
